Are you an attorney considering referring your client to an appellate specialist?

We receive most of our cases by way of referrals from other attorneys.  If you are an attorney considering referring us an appellate matter, rest assured we will treat your clients well.  Your attorney-client relationship is in good hands because we only handle appeals and have no interest in convincing your clients to look to us for representation in other matters.

We always are willing to work with trial counsel during the course of the appeal.  Trial counsel remains an important member of a team with a common goal of achieving the best possible result for the client.

Finally, we sometimes “ghostwrite” appellate briefs for counsel, if you would be more comfortable with that type of arrangement.
